We'll waive our usual $100.00 consultation fee, plus you'll receive a $200.00 discount on your next surgery or 20% discount on your next in-office treatment.

To qualify, simply mention this promotion when you schedule your appointment and bring us proof of your previous consultation or treatment.^*
