At Pearson Facial Plastic Surgery, creating that unique experience for our patients requires a team effort. Helping you with any of your needs while you're here is our full-time staff. To help you associate that voice on the phone with a face in the office, we proudly introduce the members of our team below.
Lisa Pearson — Business Manager
Lisa manages the administrative side of the practice and has a bachelor's degree in industrial relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She and David (Dr. Pearson) have been married for over 12 years and have two children.
Missy Blum, N.C.M.A. — Medical Assistant
When you call our office, the first voice you're likely to hear is that of Missy. Missy is also a certified medical assistant and is actively involved in all aspects of patient care, including helping Dr. Pearson with minor procedures in our treatment room. She is also responsible for surgery scheduling and patient check-in. In addition to her work here, she recently received her B.S. in Healthcare Administration.
Heather Kitchings — Billing Coordinator
Heather is the practice's financial coordinator. A Jacksonville, Florida native, she has a background in sales and management. Her primary responsibility includes helping patients with questions regarding insurance benefits, but she's also your contact point for any questions regarding billing or financing.
